Where we deliver

We deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

How long it takes

Printed to order in the EU. Usually arrives in 6–10 working days. Ships within the EU only.

What delivery costs

Delivery is included in the price. The checkout adds no shipping charge: the price you see includes all taxes due and delivery.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the product, or the last product if an order arrives in parts, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email at [email protected] or by post; you may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You can also use the withdrawal function on our site, “Withdraw from contract here” (https://kniko.io/withdraw). Sending your notice before the period ends is enough.

Send the product back to our returns address (Via Nazario Sauro 24F, 40121 Bologna (BO), Italy) within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it; for a standard parcel within the EU this is typically €5 to €15. We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method and without any fee. We may wait to refund until we have the product back or you show proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check it.

How to send something back

• To withdraw, use “Withdraw from contract here” (https://kniko.io/withdraw), email [email protected], or send the model form below.
• Pack the product well, put your order number (KNK-…) in the parcel, and send it to Via Nazario Sauro 24F, 40121 Bologna (BO), Italy. Keep the proof of postage.
• Return postage is yours, unless the product is misprinted, damaged or defective; then it costs you nothing (see below).

Misprints, damage and defects

If a product arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, preferably within 30 days. We replace it or refund it at no cost to you. This does not limit your legal rights: under EU law you are entitled to products that conform to the contract for at least two years after delivery.

For any other complaint, write to [email protected]. We aim to answer within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may take it to the competent court; we do not take part in proceedings before a consumer dispute board.
